How to Pack a Carry-On for Hot and Cold Weather

How to Pack a Carry On for Hot and Cold Weather

Packing for your upcoming trip is very fun, but can be daunting too. You may start thinking, “what if I pack the wrong thing” or “will I pack too much or too little of  something?” Packing for different countries or different climates, can make the process even more complicated. Especially, if you are trying to fit it all in a carry-on, but rest assured it can be done.

Below is a list of items I packed to get me through warm and cold climates. Before we get started let me just say one thing, less is more when it comes to packing. I ended up having to ditch a pair of pants and two sweaters a couple of weeks into our travels, because I realized they were taking up too much space and I was not using them. Trust me put down the extra pair of pants, you will not wear them.

Now let’s get started….

I hope this gives you a place to start when packing for your trip. I found out that even if you forgot something or you run out of a toiletry item, unless you are in the middle of the jungle, you can find that item at the local store.

Also, if you walk away from this article remembering anything, remember this; less clothes more underwear. You can always re-wear a pair of jeans, underwear is not as forgiving.
